use meta data and search engine optimization to get the right people to find your videos they're are alot of guides on this site in the "strategies and technique advice" and "youtube tutorials,articles and resources" forums

Lost 2 subs this week and it turned out that they were both from closed/inactive accounts so there was nothing that I could have done anyway!
