Don't worry too much, YouTube goes through closed/inactive/fake accounts and deletes them from your sub list. That's usually what happens when I have days with that many losses. Your analytics should tell you
I lost 6 subs the other day.. then 1 the next day.. and now it's going back up again it's just people deciding that they want to be annoying and unsub you (or they might just not watch your videos and don't want to keep seeing you in their subscription feed) also like someone else said youtube remove inactive accounts.. so that might be another reason
You have 400 subscribers, chances are quite a few of them don't even view your videos. I would say the trend of views over a time period (30 days about) is a better thing to look at.
