I know I tell all the others not to worry too much when you're losing subscribers, but currently, I've lost a total of 5, 6 subs in a week. When you have the amount I have it is easily noticeable. And now it's getting to me a little - I've been doing my best to recover from being away for 3 months and I've been active again for like 3, 4 weeks. This time with the intention not taking breaks.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Who can help me out with some tips?

I wouldn't worry too much about it, I lost subscribers for about 6 months straight but I'm glad for it. This is because over time we obviously change as people so someone who subscribed to you last year may not be satisfied by your content anymore due to them changing or you changing. This is good though because it is better for people to unsubscribe than just be inactive. As long as you keep doing what you love and enjoying yourself making your videos, many more people will be attracted to your channel even if it takes time. Best of luck! :)

Hey! FIrstly don't let this terrify you too much i've made that mistake in the past.

Secondly i would recommend you look at your stats & Also your socialblade you can see where the dip started happening.

Is it because you make the same content over and over? Maybe some people are getting bored? (not insulting your content giving an example) Have you done anything that could offend people? Has your channel dipped in quality etc.

If you look at back when you were growing fast/normally VS now you should be able to work out where you are going wrong i know how scary this is i've experienced it in the past and managed to get out by changing up the content drastically it took a little while but we started growing normally again.

I hope this helped. :)

How can I look back at my stats, how do I figure out where it went wrong? I had like 138 subs, it went down and back up by one than lost 2 and gained another one and now I'm at 133 - it's not that drastic (I think) but with my amount of subs it's a big bummer to lose.

I know I shouldn't let myself get discouraged and in some way I'm not - really working on videos. Currently making gameplay of Horizon Zero Dawn, The Walking Dead Season 3, Character creation in sims 4 (which is more like remaking celebrities and known characters of the show) while also making vlog like videos.

I'm going to try to upload 5 days a week because I do have enough content for that but I'm afraid that will eventually stop. Or will it become easier when you gain subs and fans to make more videos?

Go to socialblade.com and type your user name to search and you can see all your stats in detail, i would link but i cannot the forum does not let me.

I think you should remember the golden rule - Quality > Quantity you can makes tons of videos but if they aren't top notch they might not get noticed sometimes its best to spend more work to create something higher quality.

I know quality should be over quantity, though it seems to be the way in 2017 - youtube apparently changed a few things and to grow you would need to upload almost every day.

I'm looking at it now and I've noticed that November 2016 was the best month and 25nd of November was when my break begon till the first of March this year. My views had been going down and down, but been going up since february again.

Now my monthly views were best in November as well 237 and in January it was 90 and in February it was 87.. Now March isn't on it yet ... I just hope things go better soon.

I looked at the prediction and in the future I'm only losing subs it says xD but gaining views really weird.[DOUBLEPOST=1490699844,1490699726][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes, I think I did change 3 times because I was finding myself. At first it was only game videos, than I switched to Twitch with gaming (which I regret because that community is even harder to get into) but gaming on twitch and vlogs on my channel... Now I'm doing both on my channel.

It updates big things like monthly views every month.

The posting every day is theory is a total myth in my opinion we upload every week or so (sometimes less if a video takes a while) if you are making top quality content, posting in right areas, sharing it around, be friendly you will grow. I know it's scary being in a rut but i believe in you!

Yes, it is a bit scary if I have to admit. And I have no idea what to do - how to make a proper schedule - when to throw my videos online... I have no idea when the best days are to upload things.

I usually post with "when it's done" It works for me but may not work for you.

My recommendation is find somewhere like reddit and say you are ready for harsh reviews (it's what we did) let people see your content on somewhere like /r/youtubers and see what the community recommends with your content. I am not an expert but i know how you feel and i know it's a bad feeling and i want to help people however i can. :)

Ahhh don't sweat it too much, my channel fluctuates all the time, I mean when I stopped uploading I lost subs like a plague had just ran through and even when I started uploading again I've still been dropping big numbers in subs, but it doesn't bother me. I take a look at my analytics every now and again and it just shows a little up and down wave motion of gaining and losing subs. For whatever reason it is, it's generally out of your control and not usually down to the quality of your videos.
