Looking to buy a new video camera

For most of my videos My friend Arthur does all the camera work with his camera, which is pretty high quality, but I am wanting to start a new personal channel and have my own video camera. I am looking for something I can shoot vlogs and just silly videos videos with that isn't too expensive but still has decent quality. Anything under around 400 dollars is preferred, but can save for a bigger budget if I need to.

Check out the Canon ELPH 110 a lot of youtubers/vloggers use it

If you are mainly vlogging, I know some vloggers use the Logitech c920 and it's pretty decent and way under 400. I use it as my main webcam and it's pretty sharp.
