Looking for ways to improve channel

Hi all I seem to have very low views recently I have used Tube buddy for keywords, tags etc
I am not sure what I am doing wrong?.

I promote on social media and use the community tab but views seem to be low.
My channel is about animals in the English countryside and some outdoor hiking. Any advice is much appreciated
 
If you want people to watch your going to have to talk. Nobody has the attention span for that without some type of narrative. If your going out to take photos you should probably be explaining the process and bringing people along for the journey. A good example of a channel that does this well is Thomas Heaton.
