Looking for video editor Partnership Network!

Hello Video Editors,

I am looking for a video editor for creating videos for my partnership network! The videos will be:
- Promotion videos
- Tutorial videos (all about Youtube, and how to use functions in YouTube)

It would be great if you have some experiences with YouTube so you know what you are talking about.

Tutorials for example how to apply for our partnership, how to live stream, how to use custom thumbnails etc etc. everything that can help my partners to get the best out of there channels
