Looking for reviews of my channel

Hey man, I checked out your channel and watched your shorter videos, specifically the vlogs.
Your profile pic/avater whatever you want to call it doesn't seem to have anything to do with your channel, I don't know if it's supposed to be something that I'm not seeing but it doesn't really link in with the rest of the channel's branding.
Your banner is nice and colourful and simple.
On your actual channel page you only have one playlist featured, and that's just your uploads. I'd recommend grouping your different gaming series' into playlists and featuring them on your channel page too.
Your thumbnails are solid for the most part, though I'd recommend against just having a number on your thumbnail like your Oxygen not Included series has as that doesn't really lend itself to being featured or recommended to people outside of those already watching the series.
In terms of the videos I watched, I only watched the vlogs. Some of your videos are really long. Like 2 or 3 hours long, I'm assuming they're live-streams that have been saved? If they're not livestreams then probably cut them down, most people won't dedicate that much time to watch a YouTube video unless it's spectacular. In your vlogs you seemed really stiff when you were talking. Almost like you were reading off a script and afraid to get the words wrong. Be more natural and relaxed, it'll improve your delivery so much. If you are afraid of messing up, just remember you can do as many takes as you need to get it right, don't worry about getting it wrong a few times.
