Hi, I'm looking for a Photoshop user that would want to work on commission or whatever, I'm starting a Street Fighter Alpha 3: World Tour sub series on my channel, and I would like someone who's good with that stuff, If I really like the thumbnail, I'll continue doing business with you, yes I have paypal, and I will pay before asking for the thumbnail.
