Alright, here it goes! First off, you need to make your videos some thumbnails, make it look attractive so people might click on them, just seeing ingame footage as a thumbnail doesn't work. It might help to get a better mic, I can hear all the reverb from your room which doesnt really help getting into the video. I also notice you play allot of games that the big YouTubers are already playing, thanks to them you won't get allot of views on Thief and Titanfall.
Your commentary is not bad, it just sounds a like you need to get used to talking in to a mic, but that will happen very soon!

Channel Banner is okay, your name needs to stand out more.
Channel Icon looks squashed, It could look a bit cleaner although the style you are going for is good.
Thumbnails definitely needed.
Describe what you are about in About and a Channel Trailer.
Good quality videos though.
