I've Got It
I have a group of competitive players that are gathering gameplay clips with the intention of making montages. Our team needs a few more gfx artists and video editors. If u feel you can handle any of this, please contact me here, on xbl (aCe GGP), or on youtube (Channel: aCeGGP). Thank you!
 
*Graphics. Do not use GFX if you expect to be taken seriously. As stated above, how much are you willing to pay and for what kind of design work?
 
its not for profit it would be for the clan. Me paying you for something that gains no income puts me in debt.

"not for profit, it would be for the clan" - unless directly connected with you people, it would be difficult to find someone doing work for you for free. You still may find somebody though, but I would not expect high quality work produced from someone who'd do it for free.

I've been manager of several big gaming organisations, and now managing a massive one who attend events around the world. I will not see many people do work for free, at least not the quality of professional work, and Graphics and editing may not bring income into your clan at first, but it gives you a good look, professional look in which can create financial support from sponsors and even make people watch your videos this therefore also creating a financial income.

I am fully aware that i wont find "many", but knowing that most clans only recruit gamers that are good, I am now targeting the gamers that may not meet other clan's requirements, but have something else to bring to the table i.e. graphics and video editing.[DOUBLEPOST=1372932984,1372932969][/DOUBLEPOST]

There are many gamers that get their montages done for free due to how known the gamer is and somewhat how good the quality of the clips are. In return they gain recognition for the video they created. All that being said I am mainly looking to recruit these artist/editors to our clan. So if you are looking for a team, and just so happen to be good at graphics and editing, it would be a win win for the both of us.[DOUBLEPOST=1372933472][/DOUBLEPOST]

I get that, and in my position I am willing to take whatever is the best work i can get for what im paying. But not everything done free is bad. Also, my friend and I will be working on getting better at editing ourselves, but until then we will make due with whatever resources we have available at the moment.

Yes, if the gamer/clan has decent amount of subscribers and getting good amount of recognition on YouTube then I'd say it would be quite easy to find someone skilled to do the work for visibility on a large channel rather than a payment.
