Request Looking for an Outro

Hey guys, I'm looking for some kind of an outro to play after my video. Preferably something either cartoon-ish or spacey. With a blank rectangle for me to put 'Yesterday's Video' in. With a link to my twitter in the bottom corner.

I'd maybe like a picture of me on the side of it in the same cartoon-ish style maybe. If you're interested I can send you some pictures to work from or you can just send me a concept or a finished product. It can either be picture or a short video around 10-15 seconds. Just let me know what you think would be best, I'm not a GFX designer as you can tell by my channel art
