Request Looking for an intro made :D

Basically what I'm looking for is an animated intro of

And what I want done is (I have the background in 1280x72o as required, I also have png files of the text and cartoon) the little guy walking in from the left infront of the text then turning around at the K and leaning is arm on the K as shown then waving his other arm for 1-2 seconds.
