Looking for a Youtube Copyright Lawyer

Hello,
Can anyone suggest a youtube lawyer please? YouTube as in online copyright lawyer.
I own 5000 videos and add at least 10 a day which are always copied by a couple of people, If I strike their channels, they strike back (using fake details) and it becomes like a childish game as google cannot do much.
I'm based in the UK but found one in Ukraine, should I work with him? (hire him via upwork?)

Thank you

I would search for a copyright lawyer as locally as possible. There very likely will be a point where you need to meet personally. Not everything can be clarified via email or phone.
Search for general copyright lawyers and simply ask them if they have experience with YouTube. Not all of them will explicitly mention it e.g. on their website.

Your best bet IMO would be to look for a local copyright lawyer specializing in US copyright law. As YouTube operates primarily under US law, that would be your starting point. The thing about lawyers though is that they are only of use to tell you what the rules are and then litigate when people break the rules. A single stolen video doesn't have sufficient value to bring a lawyer in to sue someone.

So, from there I'd look into a YouTube content claiming company like Adrev. These companies run a large ContentID account which if you've got the content to justify it, they'll help you claim the videos automatically which will resolve most stolen video problems. Yeah, people can get around ContentID in a few ways but they're too complicated for the mass video stealing bots.

I was thinking the same, as it's a long term project I'm feeling like a local lawyer would be better.
Thanks

10 videos a day? Do you even own the rights to them? It looks like you record TV or something based on a quick glance. Even if I did YouTube full time there would be no way I'd pump out 10 videos a day, I don't even think it would be possible for me to upload them even if I already had them created.

I work with Television stations. One verified is b-one TV,
I'm planning to pump up 50+ videos a day, have 3 channels and will have more than 5 by the end of this year.
What I need now is a lawyer and that was help I wanted to ask fellow youtubers.
Thank you

Ah ok, I was just wondering why it looked like TV. Damn 50 videos a day! Honestly when people upload more than once a day it bogs my subscriber feed down and I unsubscribe. But if you're like me, subs are not everything so go for it! As for a lawyer I don't have the slightest clue.

The concern is a common one because we actually get a fair number of channels similar to yours but without the legitimate connection. There are a lot of channels that simply reupload TV content and feel they have some kind of copyright protection for doing so.
