Request Looking for a new banner!

looking for a new banner for my page! Overall id like the total look to promote a fun, welcoming, and relaxed atmosphere. I have very few requests and specifics.

Requests:
-a chartoon character designed around a series of photos, but id like the finished product to look like a Pops! Character. (Kind of like rhe deadpool images, I will provide additional photos) but the artist will have the freedom to choose the pose of the artwork. (No logos or team names on the character please)

-small area where my instagram, twitter, snapchat, and facebook usernames could be shown.

Other than that, the artist has total freedom.

I an willing to pay $5-$10 (depending on quality) for the work.
