The Elgato HD game capture is an amzing device. Just hitting the market a few months ago it has blown the HD happauge and other game capture devices out of the water. If your thinking about buying any other capture device cancel it NOW !


 
The only thing I don't like about the HD PVR is that it has to be plugged in whereas with the Elgato you can connect it via the HDMI cables and you can start recording :D

This looks decent but I will always use FRAPS over anything else for my PC. I am so happy with the way that works and other gamers seem to like it too.

Not sure what to do about recording xBox games as of yet so this might be an option.
