The Best One Is Elgato Game Capture HD.

Hmmm i use an AverMedia Game Capture HD, not on full settings, with this one you wont need to have a pc near your capture card only a 2.0 USB flashdrive or a 2.0 USB Hard Drive to record your stuff, it is really good, if you dont do Lets Plays, since you can just sit down, click on the capture card remote, and play. And it is good, if you dont have a powerfull enough PC to record on Elgato, HD PVR, Roxio HD, since you dont need the pc, or if you have a laptop, you can record your voice and record with the capture card and then edit them together (thats what i do)
But yeah, if you can record with a powerfull PC near, you should probably go for an Elgato Game Capture HD or HD PVR (i hear those are the best ^^)

Elgato Game Capture HD - Great quality, works both on Mac and PC, easy to use software with amazing features (records live and you can rewind your recording), very small but it is expensive and your computer has to be on for it to work even if you want to casually play on your console

HD PVR 2 - Great quality, good software, has a button on top of it to start recording but it takes space

Roxio Pro - Great quality, similar features to the Elgato software (live stream from the software and live comms), cheapest out of the 3. Haven't heard any negatives about it but I doubt that it's 100 perfect

I was thinking about the Roxio. The only thing is I went on the Best Buy website and looked at the customer reviews on it. Mostly 2-3 stars and bad reviews.

Elgato hands down. Had a HD PVR 2 but found the Elgato quality higher
