How does lonniedos get himself in the arrow like thing next to his videos. How can i do that and which software guys.. if you cant understand me go to his channel and see it

Well, i would do that in After effects, with a mask, create the shape i want over my video, then add a stroke effect, so my reccomendation is that you should learn to use masks and layer styles.
