Logo colour help !?!

Hey guys I've been making a logo/banner/advert to go out with in public tomorrow (I will be going to a YouTube meet up)

And I just wanted to ask what would be the best colour to fill in my channel name above and below the subscribe button ? I' want to to it red or black but I'm not sure if that will just blend in to well with the subscribe button

I started to use blue and it just didnt go well with the logo at all so im doing it in black now because thats the only thing that will cover it XD then i think i might highlight it in red but ill see what it looks like once i fill it first
 
I think I will leave it like this, doing a border in red wouldnt really make it look any better and will just look like an after thought image.jpg
 
My personal advice dude, is to be very creative with your logo. It's your brand and it needs to stand out amongst so many other channels/competition. It should be instantly recognisable. I'm more than happy to help you come up with something cool :) I designed our show's logo.

Its probably too late, but if I was you I would go with red.
