Hey guys. I wanted to jump into making Youtube videos, but I didn't really have a lot of money for quipment. I thought that just because I was starting out I would buy a cheap microphone. I bought a $20 mic from Logitech and I am impressed by the audio quality. If you want to find out how it sounds, check out my videos. The only complaint I have is that the mic can be a bit quiet.

KKush, are you using proper audio recording software? Volume shouldn't be an issue if you Normalize the track.

Normalization shouldn't cause clipping, only make more obvious the clipping already there. People often cause clipping by pumping the windows recording volume to max. If you back it down to mid again, that should kill any clipping. Then Normalize in Audacity or whatever and it should be ok.

Okay, I'll try it out. :)

doesn't sound to bad :) btw little suggestion maybe get fraps to record gameplay and make your videos match the project aspect ratio so you remove the black lines :)
