I was wondering if you guys knew any good (possibly free) livestreaming softwares/applications for Mac to livestream either PC games or PS3 gaming via the elgato to Twitch.tv. All softwares I know of seem to be for Windows...

You can use either Wirecast alone, or use Cam Twist along side Audio Hijack. The links for the last two are on the software section of the Twitch site

No free ones if you mean gaming. You need the Elgato.

Any idea where I could find a cracked version of Wirecast, etc.? I'm not really up for paying 500$-1000$ for livestreaming software.

If you're a Youtube partner it's free. Or you can use the other two which are free

I have an elgato, but it brings no customization to what you are livestreaming, just the gameplay...

The elgato's software has livestreaming built in. Did you upgrade the software yet?

How do you get Wirecast for free as a YouTube partner? Also, by YouTube partnership do you just mean the YT partnership program provided by google or also partnerships by networks such as Fullscreen, RPM, Yeousch, etc.?

I have the "Game Capture HD" software at version 1.2.1 and it has the built-in livestreaming option, but doesn't allow room for customization (inputs of different sorts, etc.). Also, the footage via the built-in elgato livestream on Twitch has quite bad quality even when I am running on a good computer and have around 100 down and 80 up internet speed. Even when I bump up the bit rate to the highest possible, the stream still looks really crappy.
