Livestreaming - can you properly sync from a capture device?

I ask this question because i tried livestreaming from my hd pvr and of course it had a slight delay of the video from the xbox to the PC. So i want to delay my audio for the same delay as the pvr video delay. Is that possible? also is there a way to add a webcam and delay that by the same amount, so everything is synced.

I use xsplit to livestream by the way

It will always have a delay between the hdpvr to pc. Simply because you are watching past experience, that is why it "lags" behind on the pc if you watch it recording but when you livestreaming that is also delayed. So it should run fine because mine does and I have no problems.
