Livestream Help!!!

So i need some livestreaming help. I use Xsplit and i want to livestream Black ops 2 but i dont have the right settings. can someone help me out with this? i have a sortof bad internet but not that bad so i just need some help with the settings. thanks.

Well i set my xsplit up like this..
I run my program to record the hdpvr.. arcsoft..
I think add a screen region to capture the arcsoft recording.. ( i dont hit record, but just to show the gameplay)
As far as my mic goes.. i have the turtle beachs that are for both xbox and pc gaming.. so i plug it into the xbox connection and my computer at the same time so now the xsplit gets the video from the screen region and it captures the audio from my mic, but by hooking it to both i can talk to the folks im playing with and record at the same time..

(p.s it picks up the others mics from my mic, i play the sound through the television... Ive been experimenting with improving this.. so i might hook some external speakers to my tv and run them closer to my mic)
i put the frame rate at 30 fps and i go from there.. heres an example of how it turns out
