Yes! Many! I highly recommend you look into some extra info though and do your research, mainly how powerful your PC and specs are.
We use OBS to stream but other alternatives include - Xsplit, Shadowplay etc.
The best quality price sofware you can use is OBS studio (because hey, it's free!) and there's plenty of tutorials to set it up properly.

My kids (not going to lie....and me) would like to live stream some gaming. I have no idea where to even start. Is there a software that can have the live record the game on the computer and the camera?
Update: I worked on this forever yesterday after the live was lagging so bad and turns my computer is way to sloowwww. So until I get a new one...looks like this is a dream on hold lol. Thank you everyone! I was successful with the stream (besides the lagging of video) and know now what to do when I replace this old bag of mechanics
