Live Commentary Let's Play

I am currently doing a let's play of Cube World on my YouTube channel. My first three videos have been somewhere between 17 and 23 minutes long. However, I plan to keep all of the future ones at no longer than 15 minutes. Do you think this is too long? I've had people say they would rather uncut footage, but do you think I should make cuts to keep my videos shorter? Any other tips on doing a let's play?

I was wondering if I should make them shorter, not longer .
