Live Action Trailer or After Effects?

Ok, so I'm going to finally make the trailer for my channel, and I would like to ask what you guys think. Should I make it a live-action intro with myself and my crew with quick samples of my content, or should I go with an After Effects intro with no one in it?

I am trying to brand my channel as one for vlogs, short films, tutorials, and video tech.

i made a trailer for one of my short videos and it fits fine for now, it just summerizes some of my work and grabs the attention from the audience.
