I hope to continue filling #LittleJarOfAwesome with positive experiences and emotions so that I can fall back on happy memories when feeling low. This was a great excuse for me to share how content I felt to stop my most recent binge session too!
If anyone else feels like decorating and filling their own jar/container/notebook I'd be really excited to see them. I love the concept and hope other people can get behind the idea; not just me!
