I've Got It
Hey, as you may have noticed by now, I'm stupid. I really like how many of you have a link to your channel that pops up in your video at some point, usually at the end. How do I do it? Thanks.

Just moved this here as its more appropriate 
They're done with annotations, go to your Video Manager and click the drop down next to a video:
Click Annotations.
Once you have done that on the right click to add an annotation and then choose Spotlight, you can use the others although thats what I use myself personally, then check the link box and adjust to your liking, on the left you can play with how long the annotation will appear for and its position on the timeline/video.
