Its good, but the text is bugging me for some reason. (no disrespect)
Text in graphics is usually either Really subtle, or SUPER in your face... this is in the middle, I think it stands out for the wrong reasons?
Other than that, I love the idea and will look awesome with a different font or and effect on the text?
