Lighting with glasses

Hi, I'm still pretty new to this racket, only got one video up so far and its not so good so don't waste yer time with it. I do have a problem though, I wear glasses, and they're a damn sight bigger than they looked in the shop too, one of the perks of blogging that - realising how daft you look :)

Anyway, I have recorded myself a bunch this week and I'm getting lots of reflection on my glasses and sometimes its obscuring the expression I try to make with my eyes.

I only have a nexus 7 tablet to record with so the quality is always going to be a little on the poor side which is exactly why I want to at least light myself well, do the best I can, you know?

Anyways, any lighting tips for wearers of the glasses would be very welcome.

Thanks again.

Wearing glasses is always a bit tough to do when recording. I see in your one vid on your channel you are sitting facing a window. Obviously not facing that way will help that. I made it simple by just taking mine off and not wearing them haha. But obviously not everyone can do that.

I have the same problem. I'm really nearsighted but It bothers me so much to see all those reflections all the time I don't like to wear my glasses when I record with artificial lighting. Window is ok, outside is ok, but with lamps and stuff. I just take off my glasses. I hate to do that because, I'm an optician, Glasses are my job and I just cant make it work in my videos
