I'm sorry, but this won't work out for the best man.

Your intentions are all good and well but I have seen a million people do this and only one person have ever achieved having a channel that hosts multiple other peoples gaming videos to good effect (lpmoshpit)
Firstly, number 6 is a bit harsh and a bit silly for opening a gaming channel for a couple of reasons:
  • Most people on YouTube do not watch content for it to be amazing gaming footage, most people watch for the noobs. Take the yogscast for instance, they are terrible at video games and they get millions of views. People love watching them be nooby.
  • Saying no noobs makes you seem uncaring about people who are not "top notch" video gamers. Owning a multi-channel takes caring and you won't get very far with an attitude like that.
Secondly, you have made quite the mistake thinking that anyone is gonna take the offer of a multi-channel from a person with only 145 subs. This is not an insult or anything its just the fact of what people want. Broken down a multi-channel is made so that the people who work on it can get a share of the total subs and views that the channel creates (since their content is going to be uploaded there) if the channel doesn't bring them any "profit" so to speak then they are getting nothing back and will most likely give up on the channel.

I believe if you get yourself up to a high standing with your videos, which are really not that bad by the way, top quality on the green screen footage, with a larger amount of subs (3-4000) then people will be more likely to listen to the requirements. But as of now you don't really have a position to tell other people what they must have to be in a channel like that.

Hope this helps - Your friendly neighbourhood Proxima
