Let's face it...my banner is pretty basic.

I'm about to go through and do a massive redesign for everything on my channel (apart from the avatar which I really like).

I'm not an expert in Photoshop, so my banner has been pretty basic for a while. I'm definitely intending on changing it, so would anyone have an easy method to making a professional looking banner that would fit within the style of my channel?

Thanks for any advice, and I have no idea how to upload an image yet (I'm new haha), so you might have to use the url under my post and view it on my channel.

The easiest way is to find a free channel banner template online that you like and edit the text for your channel. There's tons of them online to choose from. You can also play around with them to add or change stuff. If you want something more original and have no Photoshop experience, you can always find someone to make a banner for you in the YTTalk graphics section or from graphics/freelancer sites.

Oh cool! I've avoided online banner makers since the beginning (probably evident haha), but I'll check out the graphics section for sure! Thanks Phoenix!

I'd say keep it super simple or find a template. Usually just plain solid colors look as professional as graphics that took hours to make, just in a different way
