Because I kinda want to play LEGO Jurassic World when it comes out.

nope, they are copyright from the official jurassic park movie and legos has rights to make a game out of it. you are however allow to make videos from lego plastic toys for fun and non-commercial use.

I was thinking about playing the Star Wars games but the music alone would be claimed upon! There are plenty of LEGO videos uploaded already, obviously I have no idea how the games have been treated as far as copyright goes, although I remember a friend uploaded a few 'LEGO: City Undercover' ones OK.

lego: city undercover was from legos themselves which they allow people post videos without getting any money. when you post a lego theme song just know that the song will be part of the background and will get a copyright for it.

I wonder if pre-Lego Star Wars games (like Island, Alpha Team or so) can be monetised.
