Leaving a network, underage

I have earned like 30$ on my channel at the moment, having around 1000 subscribers and earning 100 a day.
My channel started getting bigger everyday, with around 5$ of ad revenue everyday now.

Just a week before, I joined TGN. My own mistake, didn't read enough about mistakes. Now I know it would have been better to stick with AdSense. While browinsg yttalk as a guest, I saw someone recommend TGN, telling they are no-lockin and have alot of other "benefits". Falling for that, I signed up with them (coming out to be a 2-year-lock-in contract, which actually is not a problem by itself).
But well, reading more about them (which I SHOULD have done earlier), I found out that ... eh. I made a mistake.

I am underage and "lied" that I am 18+. I did read around and someone was telling that you can get out of any network, by sending the network support a message telling you are a minor (with documental proof like ID cards of both you and your legal guardian), then by the law they should let you leave.

Now I would want to know, are there any consquences? Will I be not able to monetize my videos anymore cause there'll be proof I am "underage"? Or I can still do it cause I am 13+, but only with a legal guardian signature?

I'd want to some help.

Eh oh. This also depends on the law in the country that the network is based in.

I suggest you talk to a legal guardian then get them to contact the MCN to explain the situation, etc... and you may be required to send ID.

You can generally email them stating that you are under the age, and they will ask for proof of identity such as a passport photo. Once provided, they should unlink you.

Do note that Google ad-sense requires you to be 18 years of age too however, so it may be better to stick with a network with a NoLockIn contract meanwhile!
