Hi everyone, I've seen some people getting some copyrights on Nintendo videos, and There actually is a list to the games that are copyrighted thus far.

Google: "Nintendo creator's program whitelist"
and then it should be the first result.

Just wanted to help out. :)

So first they force creators to join their stupid program and now they are only allowing certain games to be played. They must really hate gaining exposure and free advertising or something. Honestly I don't think they have any feet left to shoot.

Yes they are.
The 3DS has almost outsold Playstation 4, Xbox One, PS Vita and Wii U combined, so obviously they are still a thing.

Like I have told before around the forum. Nintendo doesn't own EVERY Nintendo game. They are some games that are made by companies that are partners with them but don't belong to them like Pokemon, which was developed by GameFreak and publish by Nintendo and doesn't have copyright by Nintendo.

Not sure I agree with this. Nintendo may not own the Pokémon IP, but they do own the licensing rights in relation to video games. I suspect there are some back-room battles going on with the IP owner over them wanting to have Pokémon included on the list. I wouldn't consider it safe just yet.

Exactly, and also to make matters worse, they take forever to monetize videos. Took mine a week.
