Request KYR Speedy intro??

Remember Speedy's old intro that he only sometimes uses now? The one with all the words falling into place and that says "Attention, the following video is going to totally kick a**.." And so on. I'm looking to make something similar to that but I don't know how to make it. I know to use audacity to record the voice for it, but what programs do I use to make the words and have them enter and exit the screen as I speak? It's probably a really noob question but hey, we all gotta learn it from somewhere! Just to be clear, I'm not exactly looking for someone to make me one, but to tell me what stuff to download to make one on my own. Thanks!
 
Hey, good question! I think the program your looking for is Adobe After Effects to make this 'speedy-type' intro. It can also work with Sony Vegas Pro if you look up a tutorial. However, the downside to both of these programs is that they cost money (a lot of money!). I could make one for you if you wanted me to because I have After Effects on my PC and I could get it to you fairly quickly. PM me for more details.
