Kicking Back A Channel After Deleting all my videos

I have a 100K youtube channel. I got hit with copyright strike and had to delete all of my videos. I stayed low key for a good 2-3 weeks without uploading. I finally uploaded my first 5 videos. I have seen my videos have been getting low views (1000 views per video). Do you guys think if I keep uploading I can get back my views ?
 
If you're consistent with uploading it'll probably rise again. Maybe a lot of your subs are abandoned Youtube accounts or don't have the "bell" notification on.
