Just got unlinked from Freedom Network but I have a new problem...

Good day to everyone!

I'll try to go straight to the point since I know we are all busy people.

Basically, after 30 days, I have been unlinked from Freedom Network. I'm happy that they did that in 30 days. But now, I have a problem. Apparently, SOME, but not all, of my videos have been claimed by Freedom for some reason. I know for a fact that I have not used any of Freedom's materials and copyrighted stuff throughout my duration with Freedom. I have only used songs from incompetech and imovie's library. Also, I have demonetized my videos before they unlinked me.

I don't know why I'm not able to monetize them. I need your advice or any input with past experience.

It's really weird. Out of my 10 videos, 3 are monetizable. The rest are "claimed by Freedom!" even if I demonetized them all at the same time. And I am really really sure that I didn't use anything that is part of my perks as a Freedom! partner, like music or intros.

Were you able to monetize the videos right away? Or did you just check at a later time after your unlinking?

If I try to contact support, I need to make a Freedom! forum profile, I hope that won't confuse the system and think that I'm trying to re-link.

I was able to monetize my videos right away, without any problems. You probably need to contact Freedom! about this to clarify why they claimed Your videos.

No need to make a forum account, submit your support ticket to their help desk at freedom.support.tm
 
As said above, you'd ideally want to send this matter off to their support team (freedom.support.tm/support/home), and they should help you. That is what I did when I unlinked from Freedom!, and they solved it in a fair amount of time.
 
i was afraid that the support will tell you that they cannot do anything since you unlinked from their MCN, remember my story @Carter
