It only takes 10,000 hours

I hadn't seen it. I saw the Lord of the Rings and I didn't feel I could invest that much time into the Hobbit.
I haven't seen lord of the rings but I've read half of the first book but i had to stop because I found it boring. I found that it's all written in the same tone.
e.g. first they set off then they found some thing then it's meant to get exciting but the way it's written doesn't make it seem like it is.

You know I never read the books. I read Chronicles of Narnia, and I read the cover of Lord of the Rings, then I saw the movie and figured I don't have to read it now.

I think I read the first one which is arguably the last in that series. I cant remember what it's called though. I think it's that magicians nephew or something like that.
My friend has a massive crush on the guy who plays Edmund in the films though! did you know his name's Skandar? I didn't until she told me 10000 TIMES!!!

I had no idea his name was Skandar. My daughter wants to be Lucy because she thinks then she can have a pet Talking Lion. I have not wanted to tell her it is not real. She will figure it out soon enough.
