Is YouTube shadowing me?

Ive had a channel for over a year now upload every 2 weeks and I noticed someone is blatantly copying my videos as in filming pretty much exactly what I do in the same order, now I'm not bothered that he's copying what I'm bothered about is the fact every single time I upload I get afew thousand views, he uploads afew days later he gets 100s of thousand views, even his titles and descriptions are near enough exactly the same, he has less subs than me. Also what I'm finding weird is I comment on popular videos like for example someone asked what colour they should wrap their car I said nardo grey got 3 likes then 7 hours later a comment of exactly the same thing I put word for word has over 1000 likes on it. I have zero warnings and never have. Any idea what is going on
