Is YouTube muti-channel networks are worth joining ?

Hi I have a channel on YouTube I get a 6000+ views per day and a 180 to 200K views in a month. My channel is actually on tech review, but for the last 6 mnts my cpm became drastically low and now it is going lowest ever. so should i join a network. Which network will be good for tech channels. Acifin is giving me a 85/15 split and others are 80/20 but my questions is that is it really possible to increase cpm through this networks.

This is actually the first I've ever heard of this. Although I can't offer any help, could you fill me in and elaborate on what exactly all this is? Thanks! :)
 
I doubt that a network would be of much help because of your genre. It is a small niche that has a limited audience.
