Is this thumbnail good?

Not the worst, but certainty not the best either. Try more poppy letters, and overall everything needs to be MUCH bigger. When your making your thumb in PhotoShop/whatever you use, make sure to zoom out and look at it from the size of a thumbnail.
 
Your text is entirely too small for this thumbnail. I do like the thumbnail, however. I could see how someone might feel there's too much going on.
 
I'd say the idea behind the thumbnail is good, but you need to get rid of one of the Lego pictures. Either the people or the pile of bricks should go, as both express the same thing. I'd then recommend replacing it with large text that stands out against the background.

I know the pain of going back and updating like over 100+ videos for thumbs, so I went and checked your channel out.

I'd still say there is too much going on, and text is not large enough. Check out my channel for a sample of the size of thumbs, because it's something I've learned through trial and error.

Your thumbnails have to make people click the video, and people don't like squinting!
 
It doesn't catch my attention or make me want to click on it.

It would be better if you showed whatever you're creating to give people more information. The text for "let's create" is wayyyy too tiny.
 
I'm sorry if I sound rude, but you guys have no idea how long I spent on those. I got opinions from others and although the overlay at the bottom was made by someone else, it took me hours to do this. Feels a bit like I wasted it all now. Sorry to hear that guys but it is your opinion. It's fine to not like it, but I wish I could just get it right.

Trust me, I know that feel. I used to spend up to like an hour doing each my thumbs in the past. I asked for criticism on Reddit, and people said it looked awful.

Just think simple with thumbnails. Big text, simple renders.
