I mean, is it supposed to be good as far as recording good/great quality videos and recording great/good audio goes?
 
Indeed digital cameras are often terrible while it may record in 720p hd does not make it good if you want a cheapish decent quallity camera Powershots are a good option ever that or the Cannon Legria camcorders i hope that helped
 
I don't trust too many unbranded products especially when it comes to cameras. I'd skip this one me. I'd go for a second hand one if you don't have much to spend on one or use a phone. Legrias are decent you could get one of those or an Everio.
 
I have a Sony Handycam HDR-CS230 - 1920×1080 Full HD (60p) with 8.9MP Exmor R CMOS Sensor. It retails at $280, but I got it for $111 brand new off of eBay. If you are just looking to have a vlogging type of channel this is a pretty decent one.
