What does "maintaining a video mean".
Does he want YTTalk cash or normal currency.
Where is he asking if it's 'allowed.'
Who is he?

I'm not sure what you are trying to say. From what you are saying and I can get the just of, then no.
You have to earn the cash from posting, replying and actually being an active member.
 
can you be a little more specific like the others requested. BTW Welcome to YTtalk forums community. Try introducing yourself this is a good start on the forums.:)
 
so you mean you want to turn your channel into a payed subscription channel basically but instead of going through youtube you'll ask for the money on kickstarter or something like that?

Is it allowed to ask a monthly fee when you put someones elses video on your youtube channel?

I am from belgium and i still dont have yt account...:(

oh. Absofreakinlutely not. LOL They could ask YOU for a fee for not telling them or monetizing the video without their permission though lol
