I want to make a top 5 video and use an article on a website as a source. I will be talking about what it says on the article in my video, and putting the article in the description of my video. Is this allowed or could I get in trouble in any way for doing this?

Unless you use their text as reference and basically say word-to-word it could be a problem. I would rather ask them in that case. But if you use their article as inspiration (you take their topic and add information you searched yourself) or talk about their article and add some facts, then it should be OK
