Is this a good idea?

I asked this a while back:
"I was thinking of a 'secret series' type playlist where every milestone i get unlocks a new series. For example:
100 subs
Unlock private video asking about which game to play; could give choices such as a: gmod prop hunt, b: deathrun, c: cs:go,d: other, etc.
Could have different types of videos such as a thank you or giveaway.
Could have an entire playlist of 'deleted scenes' as a milestone for, say, 1,000 Subs?

Just wondering if this is a good idea, say your opinion and/or use the poll"

This was september of last year. I wanted to ask again, to see if any opinions changed before i start it up and/or have ideas for the videos.

I think this is a pretty good idea. This rewards your fans with new material, outside the usual uploads. So yeah, I'd say go for it!

The video per milestone thing is great, but releasing a whole playlist at once may be a little overwhelming for your subs and could be more work than you think.
Just do what you think is good, but don't make promises you can't keep or you could end up getting frustrated

Honestly, I know it's probably against the grain here, but I think milestone videos or videos talking about what you're doing on YouTube to be a little tedious. It's like writers who write about being writers or theater about plays...it's just a little bit too insider for me. I think the best thing any YouTuber can do is make terrific content on the subject they want to, and if that leads to more subs and more views, that's perfect. It's not like your subscribers are going to actively bring in more people in order to unlock an achievement.

It's good to reward for subs and views too such as giveaways etc but rewarding your viewers with bloopers, behind the scenes and if you had a really interesting short film revealing a chapter ever 100 subs could be fun if they were interested in it

Good idea! You really have to promote the idea alot though so people will catch on! But I think that wont be a problem of you just DO IT!
