is there any networks that can pay twice a month?

Networks receive the funds from Google once a month. I doubt any of them will pay out before they have the funds from Google.
 
YouTube itself calculate finalized earning once in a month, so unless a network give payment based on your estimated earning, but I don't think any network would that.

My network talking about delayed payment and getting paid twice a month would be good joke.
 
as far as my experience with networks and youtube
there is no other or any network who will pay the money twice a month
you will get the money only after one month is over and next month you will get at the end of the month
 
Well, they could do it retaining the first month and spliting the pays in two. from that month. Otherwise they had to do a forecast of your views.
