Is There Any Good Free Video Editors

Hello I currently use freemake video converter to edit my videos and to convert them. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas for a GOOD FREE videos editer. Ik that everything isn't free but please help me!
 
iMovie free and Windows Live Movie Maker are probably the more popular ones. But you see this forum you posted it? At the top there is a sticky thread called 'Video Editing Software' Which gives links and info about big software like Sony Vegas, to even free ones! Hope I helped. :)
 
Yes, use the videopad software, I'd say that's the best one. the video editor is free, and all the other software are free for a while (I think 30 days) such as the sound editor and some other stuff I think

Yes this is correct. The "pro" version has a free trial of 30 days, but you can get a full free version (legally from their website) as long as, and I quote, "A free video editor version is available for non-commercial use only"
 
I know you asked for a free one, but I bought Sony Vegas Home Studio HD 11 for around $20 on Amazon. It's pretty good for that price, since it is like 2 years old.
