is there a way to switch to the new background?

My current background is terrible, I'm just waiting for the new bakcground. I saw some channels already have it, so is there a way to switch to it now? Also when is it coming out for everyone? Thanks

To add to what KGATV said, scroll down to the bottom of the page and it'll say whether or not you can switch to the new layout yet.
