Is there a such thing as posting too much/often?

Ok, so I was chatting with some fellow youtubers (shoutout to Diehard & Bunny!) and I was wondering: at what point does it feel like you're posting too much or too often. I got really excited about my growth over the past week or so. At first I kind of increased to posting a video a day, but then quickly fell into this mass produce period and put up like 3 videos a day. I think that may be a bit much. I'm trying to figure out what a good increment would be. What do you guys average? twice a week? 3-4 times a week? I want to put out a thanks for 75 subs video but just put, again, 3 up yesterday. I don't want to get too far over 75 before posting it, so is another today okay, and then break for a few days? I just feel like I have too much content now with the let's plays and all (I know, is there such a thing as too much content?).

Due to the fact that your videos are quite long in my opinion, I would say you should rather lower the rate a little bit or just split the videos up :).
 
It can be too much. Depends on your channel. Gaming channels can get away with 1-2 a day, but I wouldn't advise uploading more than 1 video a day personally.
 
I do two videos a week but we aren't a gaming channel..
I think the most important is get on a schedule and let your subscribers know what days you post.
 
I agree fully with Frankie. 1 video a day is enough, maybe 2. You can't expect subscribers to watch more than one video a day. Look how few views you are getting on most of your videos. Concentrate on quality over quantity.
 
My take is once or twice a day for gamers is OK. Vloggers one to three times a week. Any more than that and I think viewers are overwhelmed and want to take a break from you. I know I do, I have unsubbed to people posting many times in one day. What do I do? I do cooking short cooking videos and going off the most successful cooking channels in my genre I think up to three time a week is great, current I upload twice per week. Good luck with figuring out what's right for you and your audience. :)
 
Ok, thanks for all the advise. Yeah, I'm gonna put out a schedule at shoot for 3 times a week not counting the posting of our live show. But, really quick: as far as a gaming channel goes, should this count not include Let's Plays or am I going about the LP's all wrong? I put out pretty much every moment of my gameplay of a particular title. Should it really only be say the most memorable parts of a game? I guess there would be a difference between Let's Play and Playthrough/Walkthrough, huh?
 
I wouldn't upload every moment of gameplay unless you have a good mic, an exceptional radio voice and an incredibly charismatic personality.

You could condense a relatively boring 30 minute recording into an entertaining fast paced video that only contains the funny bits.
