Is there a simple way of getting myself out there?

Not like, getting noticed, getting partnered getting myself out there, more getting myself out there, getting a few more subscribers and getting a few more views so my videos could maybe help more people. I just know some people are weird about sharing videos. None of my friends really bother, but they prefer watching the "weird side" of YouTube than normal things ahah. Any tips will be good? thank you.

No, I haven't but I only really speak to a YouTuber called Ninkcompoop (Ellie) and I wouldn't have a clue what to do for it ahah
